A subsequent withdrawal bleeding is induced. If on continuous estrogen therapy: Duphaston 10 mg twice daily during the first 12 to 14 days of each calendar month. If on cyclic estrogen therapy: Duphaston 10 mg twice daily during the last 12 to 14 days of the treatment. Cautions Duphaston should not be given to patients with undiagnosed vaginal bleeding nor to those with a history of thromboembolic disorders. Duphaston should be used with caution in patients with cardiovascular renal or hepatic impairment diabetes mellitus asthma epilepsy and migraine.
